Tara is a Birth Educator, Parenting Educator, Doula, Specialised Yoga Teacher and Energy Healer.  She will share her extensive knowledge and experience with you that she has gained from working with over 1000 women and having 6 children of her own.

ALL CLASSES are paid by the school term , or part thereof (except Prenatal Yoga, which is booked on rolling basis)

Yoga Classes : $20 per class

Mums & Bubs Yoga plus morning tea :  $25 per class

Ultra Yoga Pass  : $400, unlimited classes, includes mini retreats

Prenatal Yoga Classes : 5, 10, 20 class passes & 3 month unlimited pass available

Specialised & gentle yoga classes designed to accommodate all stages of Pregnancy and all levels of previous yoga experience; including beginners.”

Mums & Bubs Yoga

Post Birth Recovery Yoga class with Baby by your side or in your arms. Reconnect with your body, your needs, strength & grace.
After yoga enjoy our  morning tea where you have the opportunity to learn the Art of Motherhood in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This is an informative session that will support you to work out what is best for you and your baby.

Women's Moon Yoga

Work with your body’s natural cycles (instead of against them) to improve your strength & energy levels, foster a calm & clear emotional and mental state and bring balance to your life.  Perfect for general health and wellbeing (including pre-pregnancy)

Warrior Goddess Yoga

A stronger yoga practice that focuses on developing strength in body, mind and spirit.  Attend this course to improve your muscle memory and stamina in your everyday practice.

Yin Yoga for Anxiety

A restorative practice to help you unwind, slow down, untangle and get back to feeling like yourself.  This class is a vinyasa flow to help soothe the nervous system and includes specific yoga practices that are well documented to help with anxiety and depression.

Monthly Mini Retreat

Rest & Restore, Recalibrate and Reconnect!

2 hours to unwind, untangle and reconnect with YOU, what you really want and what you really need.   It's from this place that feel space within yourself, and in your life.. and it's from here that we can really create that which we want.  Connect with other women and the power of women coming together to rest, restore and lift each another up.

Held Monthly on Friday prior to the New Moon.  6.30-8.30pm, slight supper provided.

Included in Ultra Yoga Pass or $40 pp.

Belly Dance Fusion

Belly Dance Fusion class is for all women - children welcome, too!  It helps women's bodies during pregnancy and afterwards with balance and tone. Dance promotes good posture, and improves the abdominal control and awareness needed during pregnancy, childbirth, and in the postpartum recovery.   A celebration of all stages of womanhood!  Lets celebrate in dance together.

Yoga Playgroup

Connect with your toddler / preschooler, for yoga through songs, stories and play!
Each term follows a seasonal theme and the class is about imitation, play and connection. We use repetition to encourage familiarity and continuity.  As the children become familiar and learn the songs and 'actions' (aka yoga), they will participate more and more.  Learning to be loud and quiet, big and small, to express and to listen.  Age appropriate learning for the emerging child!

Kids Acro-Yoga

A combination of yoga, acro, relaxation & meditation for primary school children with our resident Kids Yoga Teacher & Cheerleading Goddess, Nadine!
Children will increase flexibility, strength, improve posture, confidence and make new friends while also learning yoga, relaxation and meditation practices.
Suitable for all levels and abilities.  Great for children who suffer anxiety.
